All MHM Hair Growth Oils and related products are handcrafted in small batches using high-quality natural ingredients, including but not limited to Batana Oil, Black Seed Oil, Golden Jojoba Oil, Castor Oil, Apricot Oil, Moringa Oil, Borage Seed Oil, Flax Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Cloves, Cinnamon, Fenugreek Seed, Nigella Seeds, Black Cumin Seeds, Bay Leaves, Rosemary, and a proprietary herb blend.

Because our products are handmade and crafted with natural oils and herbs, color, texture, and scent may slightly vary between batches. These variations are normal and reflect the natural ingredients and freshness of each batch.

2. Order Processing & Shipping

Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed and prepared before shipping.

Orders are shipped via standard mail unless another option is selected at checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly assist you with a replacement or alternative solution.
